Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use motionzap.com to make a video ad. By making a preview or placing an order, you agree to them.

What we do

You give us a website or social page. We read publicly available content from it (logo, colors, photos, text) and use it, together with your answers, to make a motion video ad. Previews are free and carry a watermark. Full videos are delivered after payment.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the logo, photos, names and offers of the business you ask us to make an ad for. You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your videos.

Offers and claims

We only show offers, prices and claims that you gave us or that appear on your website. You are responsible for making sure they are true and that you can honor them.

Your videos

Once paid, you may use your videos anywhere, including paid ads, for as long as you like. Music and sound effects included in your videos are licensed for that use.

Fair use

Free previews are limited per person and per website. We may refuse requests that look automated, abusive, or that target a business you don't represent.

Liability

We provide the service as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.
