Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we need to make your video and keep the service working.

What we collect

Your email address, the website you give us, your answers in the order form, and the public content we read from that website. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse; we never store the address itself.

How we use it

To make and deliver your videos, to email you about your preview and order, and to prevent abuse. We don't sell your data.

Who helps us

We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting, database and file storage, payments, email, and an AI model provider (Anthropic) that writes the ad copy from your website text and answers.

How long we keep it

Previews and the content used to make them are kept so your links keep working. Ask us any time and we'll delete your data: hello@motionzap.com
